Upon arrival, the front desk was completely empty, and I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. When the clerk finally appeared, she looked disheveled and said she had just woken up. My room had no air conditioning on the common floor, and it took hours for the A/C in my room to become livable.

It is the closest to my daughters house. Breakfast was good.

They need new sheets, they are old & thin The AC is terribly noisy, had a hard time sleeping. Hated the moth ball smell, it is terrible.

The staff! Every single person there made sure that our stay was comfortable, hassle-free and enjoyable. Really nice!!!

The hotel was relatively quiet. But I can't get over the mess left everywhere inside and out.

The place was filthy and bugs were everywhere, it was a real nightmare.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a very good breakfast as well as the smoke alarm was not a problem.

When you enter the lobby area, it had an overwhelming smell - an order that smelled like moth balls or that is the closest smell I can equate to what we were smelling. The rating I submitted above could have been much higher but the smell was so off putting. The appearance of the hotel common areas, room etc. was neat, clean and welcoming; however, the smell made us want to turn around and leave - maybe we would have if we had a choice at another hotel in the area. They were all booked. Also the reason we would not recommend this facility to any of our friends or relatives - there is a big difference between a facility that has a welcoming smell and one that has a smell that is so strong that it takes your breath away!

The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a beautiful area, near to Austin in about 15 minutes, the river, and popular places. The room we got was attractively furnished and the personnel was very attentive. Tbh, had a really really nice stay for the price.

The hotel had a filthy room with visible stains and bugs. We were forced to leave as there were no other rooms available, which made for a stressful experience during our trip.

Convenient Stay with Mixed Experiences

The outdoor pool area had lovely landscaping was nice, though keep an eye on cleanliness. The breakfast bar included decent options like waffles, but syrup was surprisingly absent. For families, be prepared to bring your own towels, as it seems supplies may be limited.

The quality inn has a nice outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. I appreciated the amenities like the coffee maker and ironing facilities in the room.

The room was a total letdown. There was a weird smell as soon as we walked in, and I couldn't sleep well. Found a yellow stain on the bedsheet, gross. Tried to make coffee, but the pot was moldy and dusty. The fridge didn't work at all. It was just warm. They said I had to go get a coffee mug myself, super inconvenient. The shower was messy, and I could hear everything from outside. Breakfast in the morning was just sad.

Easy access to a wheelchair-friendly room with a jacuzzi 🛁 and a smoke alarm - which is a plus!

The hotel was clean and brand-new. They served a good hot breakfast with biscuits, fresh juice, and sausage. the location was excellent, not far from the San Marcos shopping outlets and close to all the local attractions.

I had a really nice two-night stay. the employees were very attentive. - the location was good and unbeatable, just a short walk to everything we needed. - the hotel is in a beautiful area close to the expressway.
